The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Bishop Ray Taylor; because the LORD hath anointed him to preach good tidings unto the meek; God hath sent him to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound! Isaiah 61:1.

In January “2009” Bishop Taylor and Pastor Donna Taylor were assigned by God to birth New Covenant Christian Fellowship which currently resides in the New Castle area of Delaware. This transition came at a time where God was looking to renew his relationship with the “churched” and the “unchurched”. New Covenant Christian Fellowship endeavors to disciple God’s people to move from Religion and back to Relationship!

His ministerial background and accomplishments consists of an Associate’s degree in Biblical Studies; Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry; and Master’s Degree in Religious Education all from Andersonville Theological Seminary. Notably, the love of his life consists of spending quality time with his family: Pastor Donna (wife), Crystal, Jasmine, JaOna, Sorena (daughters) and son Jakwan.

Pastor Donna Lynn Taylor accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior at a very young age. In 2001, she began her relationship with the Lord. While serving at The Resurrection Center she served under the tutelage of Bishop S. Todd Townsend and Pastor Cleo Townsend. She served in various leadership roles in the ministry... Pastoral Care, Armor Bearer, Youth Ministry and Women’s Ministry.

In 2006, the Lord transitioned her to assist with church planting of Living Waters Worship Center (LWWC) under the leadership of Bishop-Elect John H. Reed and Pastor Lori Reed. During her tenure at LWWC, under the discipleship of Pastor Lori Reed is where Pastor Donna began to lay the foundation of the Women’s Ministry, the Armor Bearer Ministry and the Pastoral Care Ministry.

In 2007, God united Pastor Donna and Bishop Ray Taylor, and she joined him in a leadership role at Kingdom Harvest Fellowship under Pastor Shannon McNeil and First Lady Nikki McNeil. They both served in various ministries, Armor Bearing, Christian Education and Couples Counseling. In January 2009 Pastor Donna joined her husband Bishop James Ray Taylor on an assignment by God to birth New Covenant Christian Fellowship Church, located in New Castle De, where she now serves as the Co-Pastor, leader of the Women’s Ministry (Women of Purpose), and Teaches Millennials Bible Study.

Pastor Donna Taylor looks forward to continuing her work on the issues close to her heart, supporting families; feeding communities, and helping women to discover their purpose and mission as they follow God. Pastor Donna is a devoted wife and mother who along with her husband enjoys spending time with their family and sharing quality time pouring into their children: Sorena, Ja’ona, Jakwan, Jasmine and Crystal. She is a humble vessel of God who inspires to be obedient and loving.

Her life scripture is Matthew 6:33, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Pastor Ronnell, a native of Delaware was raised by two God-fearing parents, he is a loving husband and devoted father possessing a strong conviction in maintaining the family unit as God has instituted. 

Pastor Ronnell’s love for God is unstoppable and he has accepted his calling as a servant to help in building the Kingdom for Christ. In 2013, God called Ronnell and his family to join New Covenant Christian Fellowship Church, under the leadership of Bishop James Ray and Pastor Donna Taylor. He was elevated and ordained as Associate Pastor. Pastor Ronnell currently serves as Youth Pastor and Armor Bearer to the Senior Pastor. Pastor Ronnell is a man sent and called for such a time as this. He truly is an example of leadership found faithful and true in the House of the Lord. As you get to know the man behind the power; he believes in integrity, he loves the Lord; he’s dressed in God’s full armor and is ready for battle. 

Psalms 27:4  One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.
